How To Order
You can order from us by using any of the following methods.
- Online - via the HSBC payment gateway - 24 hours per day
- By telephone on 0870 1160861 Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm. Outside of these hours please leave a message if you wish us to call you back.
- By Fax or mail using the order form (use the 'print order from' button) and enclosing cheque or credit / charge card details.

Online ordering
Order directly through this website - it's convenient, time efficient and safe.
Browse the store to select items. You can use search facilities to find items:
- If you know what you want, enter its name in one of the search boxes on the site. Or, if you are unsure of the exact product, type a generic name (e.g. "luggage") in a search box, or use the tabs and links on the website to view the range of products.
- More information on a product can be found by clicking its name to go through to the detailed information page.
Add chosen items to your shopping basket:
- When you find what you want click the "Add to Shopping Basket" button on the item's product summary or detailed information page. You can delete items or change quantities from the Shopping Basket at any time if you change your mind so you are always in control of the total amount ordered. The running total of your basket is shown on each page.
When you are happy with the items in your shopping basket, press the "Proceed to checkout" button.
- If you are an existing thehopstop customer (and haven't yet logged in) you will be asked to sign in.
- If you are a new customer you will be asked to enter your details to create a new account.
Once log-in is completed you will enter a final 'Order review' page that displays the contents of your basket and the costs. Carriage costs will also be identified and a total amount due.
You now have the option to either:

The thehopstop.co.uk online store is hosted on a secure restricted access server.The credit card details entered by you are made directly into the HSBC secure payment server. thehopstop does not receive information relating to your credit card details. Neither thehopshop, nor any third party, will ever have access to your credit card details.
thehopstop receives confirmation from HSBC that the transaction has been processed and funds cleared into our account. Once confirmation has been received from HSBC we will immediately e-mail you with confirmation of your order.

Use the Order form
Use the 'Print order form button' to print a copy of the order form. Once completed either fax it to us on 0870 1160864 or send it by post to the address above and include either a cheque or card details. Please make sure the order form is completed as fully as possible to enable us to process your order as efficiently and effectively as possible.
When faxing details of your credit card we recommend the following method to ensure even greater security. Enter just the last five digits and the expiry date of your credit or debit card. After your order has been received we will contact you with instructions about how to get the rest of your card number to us. We will also send you an e-mail confirming these instructions.
Order confirmations are sent via email. Please print & retain for future reference. If an email address is not available the order confirmation will be faxed by return.
Payment by cheque
Cheques can only be accepted if drawn on a UK based bank and should be made payable to "thehopstop" in UK pounds Sterling.

Telephone Orders
Orders may also be placed by calling Customer Services on 0870 1160861 Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
Outside normal office hours or if there is a queue for the ordering service please leave your contact details as instructed and a member of our sales team will call you back and collect your order details.
Where applicable, order confirmations are sent via email. Please print and retain for future reference. If an email address is not provided, an order confirmation will be given over the telephone.
Order tracking
You can track the progress of your order at any time by logging onto to the order tracking section of the website and entering the order number details. Alternatively please call Customer Services on 0870 1160861 should you have any queries about your order.
If you recently placed an order and want to check its progress, you can use the Order Tracking facility. You will see details of the order you're expecting. The order will be listed as Not Yet Picked, Awaiting Despatch or Order Despatched.
Not Yet PickedYour order hasn't yet been picked. Everything will be sent to you when the entire order is ready. If an item is not available - at which point we will contact you to give you the option of waiting for everything or having more than one delivery. If, at this point, you decide to have more than one delivery you will not be charged delivery costs for the additional delivery.
Awaiting DespatchYour order has been picked and is awaiting despatch. It will leave our warehouse on the next courier collection. You cannot change or cancel an order after this point.
Order DespatchedYour order has left our warehouse and been sent to your specified delivery address. If your order hasn't arrived within three days, please e-mail us and we'll will commence a search to locate it.
