How do I order from thehopstop?

It’s really very easy and all you need to do is add the items you desire to your shopping basket by clicking the ‘Add to basket’ button by each item and when happy with your purchases use the ‘Checkout’ button and follow the links from the instructions from there. Even if you make a mistake or change your mind you can delete items from your shopping basket or cancel the order at any time in the process. How do I create my ‘wish list’ on thehopstop?

thehopstop gives you the ability to create a ‘wish list’ of items that you’d really like to have some time in the near future and there’s also the option to enter a date on which you’d like a reminder e-mail.
The list may be just items you want for a future holiday or for your honeymoon or gap year. Even better, you can tell friends and relatives about your list and how to access it and they can pay for it all or individual items! Follow this link to the ‘wish list’.

What if I want to cancel my order?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your service from thehopstop and recognise that sometimes you may wish to change your mind after placing an order. Don’t worry - we offer a ‘no-quibble’ 30 day return period (provided the items are undamaged and in their unopened original packaging). What if the items I ordered are faulty?

If an item you ordered is found to faulty when opened please follow the instructions in this link: Faulty Goods.

If an item subsequently fails to perform as expected due to a manufacturing fault please follow this link: damaged or defective goods.

How do I make returns?

If you are returning an item that has been found to be faulty thehopstop will pay for the costs of returning the item, please use this link: Faulty Goods. If you wish to return unwanted items please follow this link: Returns policy. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty.

What is thehopstop’s delivery policy?

We aim to deliver goods to you within four to five days following the date we confirm your order but we cannot give an exact delivery date.
