Delivery policy
When you order products online from www.thehopstop.co.uk, we will deliver your purchases to the address of your choice.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is charged at £1.50 per order to each delivery address, irrespective of the number of items, or free of charge if your order totals £40 or more.
If you have ordered more than one item and part of your order is out of stock we will deliver the rest of your items when they become available at no extra charge.
Whether it is to your home, workplace or another location, your order can be delivered to any UK address (i.e. address with a Royal Mail postcode). We regret we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or overseas addresses including the Republic of Ireland and BFPO addresses. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, offshore locations and other remote areas outside our delivery service will take longer. Please allow an additional two days for these areas.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and your credit or debit card payment being approved.
Large Items Carrier Delivery
Due to the bulky nature of some items (i.e. luggage) they may be delivered direct from supplier or via their nominated courier. These items should arrive within approximately 7-10 days of ordering.
Bespoke Items Carrier Delivery
Bespoke items (i.e. prescription sunglasses) may be delivered direct from manufacturer or via their nominated courier. These items should arrive within approximately 7-10 days of ordering.
